I just use MS Paint and use the strech skew function and reduce until the image is under 150k

Irfanview

This is a handy little free program I use. It allows a lot of flexibility.

I then store my pics on Photobucket

If you store them on another site I think you can use a bigger pic.

Good luck

Is this THE Jose Torres? I met him recently online.

IF you are using Windows, go to www.microsoft.com and download Resizer to your computer. Then you are a right click away from being able to resize your pics to web-readiness. BDImage Resizer

If you hit the edit button now, and hit enter twice between each image, it will put them vertically rather than horizontally.

Great job, you did it. Good looking guitar, cocobolo and bearclaw sitka? Wow, tell us about it Aurelio. BD

thanx for the feedbacks.this guitar is jose's latest creation, "la senorita" as he calls this body style.
but he is the luthier.not i.he can explain it better than i can.i'm just a player.and not a good one at that.
i can tell you this though,he is a very busy bee.has orders in from ny,pa,nj,fl,and others.
you guys need to get one of these.
we are putting together a catalog/dvd of different models.so keep your eyes and ears peeled.
thnx.

Tell Jose, he's probably not charging enough.

That's a lot of orders. Don't tell me, he has cousins in NY, PA, NJ and FL and they all are getting guitars.... at a discount?

hey bruce.not charging enough.you hit the nail right on the head.people sometimes do not want to pay for your work, sound, or for that matter the beauty of it.it stinks. .so i tell them,go buy a takamine.no offense. i just walked into a music store and pulled out the guitar and it filled the rom with one strum.other players looked and asked how much i paid for the guitar.to their surprise,a taylor classical costing 1/3 more sounded like a 1933 sears roebuck.but that is my opinion.please don't hit me.

Well, how much? We are pretty free with information here. As long as Jose doesn't mind...

My published price for a steel six string is $2495 with case. I realize it's not enough and plan to up my price with the next batch of guitars.

Aurelio, see if Jose would let you tell his story. We'd love to know how he got into guitar building and more about his work.
